A. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We, Shubhday strive to deliver quality products purchased from Shubhday in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases, we will deliver the order to your doorstep at marginal delivery cost.
For all orders that are canceled after dispatch, there will be a shipping charge + packing charge(around 1%) deduction in the refund amount to compensate for packing and shipping charges.
If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charges will not be refunded.
We dispatch products within 48 hours and it usually get delivered in next 1 to 5 working days.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
✍️Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark and correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
✍️Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
✍️You have option to share preferable order receiving time. Please use the same.
Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately or support@shubhday.com
B. Return Policy
We hope you absolutely love every single product and services we serve you as we at Shubhday take every measure to ensure that your order have quality of products and reaches you in perfect condition & on time. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
- We accept returns, refunds on items that are not tempered, not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within limited days after you received the package.
- TO RETURN/REFUND your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the half return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in offline exchange.
- Exchange: presently we are not offering exchange through website. But soon, we will come with online exchange feature as well.
- Whatever items are being delivered with the Product (including any in-the-box accessories, ancillary items (free), and combos (if any)) should be returned to the return pick-up personnel with the complete packing in which the Product was delivered.
- The Products should be unused, unwashed, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- Original packaging of the Product should not be damaged.
- QR code of the Product should not be damaged.
- Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive notification about the refunds. All returns are subject to the discretion of shubhday but rest assured, we want the Best for you!

C. Replacement Policy
We welcome requests for replacement or return on the following circumstances or terms:- If you identify a manufacturing defect in the received product.
- The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- The product supplied must not have been used or worn out.
- QR code of the Product should not be damaged.
- The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. Needless to mention that the original packing must not have been broken or soiled.
- The customer must supply proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
- Products under warranty (if eligible).
D. Refund Policy
Once payment confirmation is received by shubhday for an order, fulfillment process gets started. In case you change your mind after placing the order or if it is placed by mistake, we accept your cancellation request only if the order is not dispatched, and then only you are eligible for the refund. In such case inform our customer care at support@shubhday.com.
In case you want a refund because you're not satisfied with either the product or our fulfillment service then we have very customer-focused grievance redressal policies. Just get in touch with our customer care within 3-4 hours of delivery at support@shubhday.com. Once return approved after check at our end, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or UPI ID or shared bank details(the name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.) shared with us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
